Our system do cleaning of chamber & work by N2(Nitrogen) in cycle time. By this cleaning,
it is possible to keep similar BG(starting BG) even though running time is getting long.
사이클 타임 내에서 챔버, 워크에 대한 질소 세척으로 장시간 연속 운용 시에도 초기 가동 시와 비교해 챔버 오염도 변화가 적음

Master Leak Calibration
마스터리크 교정
Master leak tank (actual work volume) is connected by coupler & hose inside of chamber. This condition is including leakage of coupler & hose like actual testing in mass production. The actual leakage detected by detector becomes standard setting for judgment. Therefore the reliability is much higher than the others in testing of mass production.
당사 Calibration 방식은 챔버에 직접 실제 테스트 워크와 비슷한 용적의 마스터 리크 탱크와 커플러, 호스를 사용, 연결하여 실제 테스트에서 발생하는 커플러와 호스의 리크를 포함한 조건으로 디텍터에 연결, 측정하고 리크 기준값은 마스터 리크 값이 아닌 실제 디텍터가 읽은 값 그대로를 사용해 실제 테스트에서의 판정에 대한 신뢰가 높다

It is system that helium gas is recovered by pneumatic servo cylinder and then compress it. Helium gas recovery rate is max. 99% because this system can cover the weak points of compressor type.
당사 회수 장치의 경우 서보 제어에 의한 공압 실린더를 사용, 회수된 헬륨을 압축하는 방식으로 컴프레서 방식의 단점을 보완하면서 회수율을 최대 99%까지 가능
Mixing Unit

In addition, user can reduce drastically consumption of helium gas because this unit use mixed gas(helium 10% & N2 or compressed air) instead of helium 100%.
회수 장치와 별도로 가스 혼합 장치를 사용 시 질소 (또는 압축 공기)90%, 헬륨 10%를 혼합해 공급하는 장치로 기존 100% 헬륨으로 검사 시 보다 헬륨 소비량 대폭 절감 가능
